1 C millet flour (not quite a full cup),
1 T baking powder,
2 T white sugar,
3/4 tsp. Xanthium gum,
2 T vanilla pudding mix (dry),
2 T vegetable oil,
1 egg,
milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a glass 5 cup measuring bowl. Add oil and egg. Now add the milk to reach the 1 cup line.
Next all the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Pour onto hot griddle. When bubbles pop open and leave air hole flip. Done when golden brown.
