1 - 6oz. can tomato sauce 1/4 c water 1 1/2 lb hamburger 1/2 cup instant rice 1/2 c onion (chopped) 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 garlic clove (minced) 1 egg
Preheat oven to 350º Combine tomato sauce and water and set to side. In large bowl combine hamburger, rice, onion, pepper, salt, garlic, egg and 1/2 cup of tomato mixture. Place in loaf pan Pour the rest of the tomato sauce into the tomato mixture and over top. Bake 350º for 45 minutes
