1 lb. hamburger (browned)
1 small onion (browned with hamburger)
4 T. cream soup mix (found in recipe book)
1 1/4 c water (mix into the soup mix)
1/2 pkg. mixed vegetables (peas/carrots/corn) thawed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 cups mashed potatoes (make instant or use left over's)

Preheat oven to 350. Layer in 9x9 pan hamburger, veggies, soup mix with milk, Cover with the mashed potatoes.
Bake: 350 for 35-40 minutes.
