1lb. Ground Beef 5 c. Water 2 Bouillon Cubes 2 Med Onions, chopped fine 2 Med carrots, chopped fine 2 Ribs celery, chopped fine 1 14.5 oz. can chopped tomatoes 1/3 c. pearl barley 2 tsp. Seasoned Salt 1 tsp. Basil
Brown meat in a large heavy pot. Drain off fat. Add rest of ingredients and simmer until veggies are tender.
