3 c broccoli (thaw if frozen is used)
1 c cooked chicken (boiled and cubed)
1 c boiling water (or use chicken stock)
3/4 c milk
1/4 c fresh chopped parsley (2T if dried)
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
5 oz.rice spaghetti noodles
(broken into small bits - rice size if possible)
1 3oz. pkg. Cream Cheese cut into cubes
1/4 c Sliced Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350
Spray 2 quart casserole with nonstick spray
In large bow. combine all ingredients EXCEPT- almonds.
Mix well and pour into casserole.
Bake 350 for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
