Ingredients:
12 pieces of store bought gefilte fish
1 yellow onion, grated
1 carrot, grated
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. matzoh meal
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 stick margarine, melted
3 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Dump fish in colander to wash off jelly. Place fish in bowl and mash. Add other ingredients except paprika. If too watery, add more matzoh meal.
Grease ovenproof glass baking dish or casserole with margarine. Pour mixture into pan and smooth down. Sprinkle paprika on top for color. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
Remove foil and bake an additional 20 minutes. Check for doneness by spearing with a knife. If it comes out a little wet, it's done. If too wet, cook at 5 minute increments until done.
