Bread crumbs or matzoh meal
1 big or 2 little bottles of non-creamy Italian dressing

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wet clean chicken in water and toss in a plastic storage bag with the bread crumbs one at a time to coat. Put in pyrex pan and pour dressing over all of the chicken. Place in oven and bake until juice runs clear.
