1 jar salsa
3-4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in crock pot and pour jar of salsa over the chicken. Cook on low for 3-4 hrs or until chicken is done. Shred chicken with two forks and serve.

Personal Notes:
I will make this with chicken breasts on the bone too, you just need to work a little more to shred the chicken. I love black bean and corn salsa for this, the bigger the jar the better. These are great in tortilla, on top of a salad or just with some Spanish rice. Very easy, healthy and kid friendly.
