3/4 c corn starch
2 T onion flakes
1 tsp. garlic granules
1/1/4 c dry chicken broth
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and store in air tight container.
2 T. of Mix to 1 1/4 C Milk = 1 can cream soup
Cook over low heat until thick.

May add small amounts of mushroom pieces, cooked celery pieces or small chunks of chicken as desired.
This has been a great substitute in many casserole recipes.
