2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup scallions, finely chopped
3/4 cup carrots, grated
3/4 cup broccoli, finely chopped
3/4 cup red or green pepper, finely chopped
3/4 cup ripe olives
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place crescent rolls flat on a cookie sheet, pinching seams together, forming a crust. Bake crescent roll crust according to package instructions. Cool completely.
Mix cream cheese, Ranch dressing and mayonnaise. Spread mixture over the crescent crust. Layer vegetables on top. Cover with waxed paper and gently press vegetables into cream cheese mixture. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Remove waxed paper and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Cut into small squares to serve.
