1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 Eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. vanilla pudding mix (dry)
1 c. gluten freeflour with Xanthium Gum
(or add 1 tsp. of Xanthium Gum)
2/3 c Milk

Directions:

Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Add all dry ingredients. Add milk and combine well.
Grease 8X8 pan
Bake 35º
25-30 minutes

Frost when cooled
