1 large head shredded lettuce
1/ 2 C chopped green pepper
1- 10 z pkg frozen peas ( cooked, cooled and drained)
1 pint salad dressing
4 oz package shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 C bacon bits
1/2 C chopped celery
1/2 C chopped onion
Optional: 1/2 C shredded carrots and 1/2 C black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a Tupperware container or glass cake pan 1/2 full of lettuce, then layer the remaining vegetables. Spread the salad dressing over the vegetables. Sprinkle cheese and bacon bits on top. DO NOT MIX. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
