1 pkg fresh spinach
1 pkg romaine lettuce
2 braeburn apples chopped
4 oz. shredded swiss cheese
8 oz. chopped cashews

Dressing:

3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 cup canola oil
1 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 to 2 tsp grated onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for salad. Make dressing the day before if possible. Add dressing just before serving.
