6 1/2 inch pork chops or country ribs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup water
1 tsp steak sauce
1 cup prepared barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse pork and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper, let stand 20 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator. Place chops in 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle with onion. In a small bowl, stir together the water, and steak sauce. Pour over the chops. Bake 1 hour, covered.
In a medium bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of the pan drippings (discard any extra), the BBQ sauce, sugar and hot sauce. Pour over chops, turnng the chops to coat in the sauce. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes, turn the chops and bake for 5 minutes longer.
