1 c quick cooking oats, 2 c milk, 1/4 c brown sugar, 1 tbsp melted butter, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 c finely chopped apple, 1/2 c raisins, dates,or any dried fruit like cranberries or cherries, 1/2 c walnuts or almonds.
Make before going to bed and enjoy in the morning for breakfast. Grease the inside of crockpot. Put all ingredients inside and mix well. Cover, cook on low 8-9 hours. Stir before serving.
