5-6 large cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes and mix in butter, vanilla, sugar and eggs. Pour into a long baking dish. Spread topping over potato mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
