3 cans Hormel tamales (found in Mexican food section of groc. store),
2 Ibs ground beef,
2 large onions,
2 peppers,
2 cans black olives,
4 (24oz) cans chili beans,
4 cans corn,
3 can chopped tomatoes,
1 can chopped tomatoes with green chilies,
1 large jar mild or medium salsa,
2 Ibs Colby cheese.

Cook ground beef and finely chop the pepper and onion. Drain off juice. Chop olives and add. Drain the juice from the corn and add. Cut up tamales and add. Add tomatoes with juice. Add all other ingredients except cheese. Cook at 350º until juices have evaporated, (about an hour or more). Shred cheese and sprinkle over top.

Eat with chips or make a base with lettuce and top with sour cream.

Make sure chili beans are labeled Gluten Free! Grimes and Hy-Vee brands are gluten free. This is a big batch, I usually freeze some; but, you can also split recipe in half.
