1 jar dried beef, rinsed
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 pieces of bacon
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse dried beef and lay on bottom of casserole dish. Wrap 1 bacon slice around a chicken breast rolled up and place on top of dried beef. Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together and spoon mixture around chicken breasts but not covering the top of chicken and bacon. Cover for 3 to 24 hours. Bake 3 hours at 275.

Chicken is very tender when slow cooked. I have cooked this at a higher temperature and a shorter cooking time period.
