1 chicken (3Ibs) cut and skinned,
6 tbsp flour,
1 tsp salt,
dash of pepper,
1 beaten egg,
2 tbsp water,
1 1/2 oz corn flake cereal crumbs,
1 oz Parmesan cheese,
8 tsp melted margarine.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Set aside. Blend egg and water. Set aside. Mix cornflake crumbs and parmesan cheese. Set aside. Coat chicken with flour mixture, dip in egg mixture, and roll in the crumb mixture. Place in glass baking dish (9-13) sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Drizzle margarine over the top and bake at 375 for one hour or until tender.
