1 can refrigerator (low fat) biscuits,
1 c low-fat Monterey Jack shredded cheese,
1/2 c Egg Beaters,
2 green onions.

Directions:
Directions:
Separate rolls and divide into three sections. Press dough into sections in lightly greased mini-muffin cups, stretching slightly to form shells. Mix cheese, eggs, and onions. Spoon into shells. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes until firm.
