1 Egg,
1 (16oz) pkg Light Cream Cheese,
1/2 c Splenda,
1 tbsp Vanilla,
1 tsp Lime Juice.

TOPPING:
1 tsp Lime Juice,
1/2 c Splenda,
1 1/2 c Fresh Strawberries,
1 tsp Corn Starch.

Directions:

Mix thoroughly with mixer until fluffy. Pour into a Pam sprayed pie pan and bake 30-40 minutes at 350

For topping: In saucepan, combine strawberries, lime juice, splenda, and 1/4 c water. Bring to boil. Add corn starch and let thicken. When thick, remove from heat and let cool.
