4 oz milk or soy milk,
6 tsp of any sugar free flavoring,
6-8 oz decaf coffee,
dollop light whipping cream,
sprinkle of cinnamon and/or nutmeg.

Directions:
Directions:
Brew coffee. Add flavoring of your choice. Add milk that has been either warmed up or steamed/frothed with a cappuccino machine. Add whip cream and sprinkle of cinnamon and/or nutmeg to top.
