1 Ib chicken breasts,
light or fat free Italian dressing,
light tomato basil Feta cheese,
fresh spinach.

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate Chicken Breasts for at least two hours. Split down the middle. Do not cut all the way through, to form a pocket. Stuff pocket with the Feta cheese and spinach. Bake or grill chicken breasts.
