1 c rolled oats,
1/2 c softened butter,
1c Splenda brown sugar,
1 tsp baking soda,
1/4 tsp salt,
1 (8oz) container plain low-fat yogurt,
2 eggs,
1 tsp vanilla,
2 1/2 c Flour,
2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips (may substitute sugar free chocolate chips).

Place oats in shallow baking pan. Bake at 375º for about ten minutes until toasted, stirring once. Ground oats in food processor or blender. Set aside.

In large mixing bowl, beat butter with electric mixer. Add brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Beat in yogurt, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour, oats, and finely chocolate chips.

Drop dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 9-11 minutes or until bottoms are brown.
