Personal Notes:
This is a favorite of our family. Mother made this, scalloped corn and scalloped potatoes about once a week during our childhood and I call it my comfort food. Mom used sausage in her meatloaf, I do not because we do not have good pork sausage like the farm sausage. Mom still makes meatloaf about every time we visit, and I have to admit I am always happy to hear we are having meatloaf for dinner. Submitted by Evie.
