Crust:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 stick oleo
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

1st layer:
8 oz. softened cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar

2nd layer:
2 pkg. instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Topping:
cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Mix all ingredients for crust and bake in oven at 375 for 15 minutes.

1st layer:
Mix well, put on cooled crust.

2nd layer:
Beat well, pour on 1st layer

Top with whipped cream and nuts, if desired.
