Pie crust--enough for a 12-14 inch pizza pan.
Filling: 4-5 apples peeled and sliced thinly,
1/2 c. sugar,
1 tsp. cinnamon,
1/4 tsp. nutmeg,
Topping:
3/4 c. flour,
1/2 c. sugar,
1/2 c. butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out pie crust and place on pizza pan. Flute edges as if for pie.
Place sliced apples in bowl: cover with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix until well coated. Layer on the pie crust.
For topping, mix flour and sugar together. Cut butter in until small and crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake in 425º oven for 20-25 min or until apples are tender.

I enjoy this recipe as it serves more than one pie will, and you only have to make one crust! This is an absolute favorite of the grand daughters! I use golden delicious apples but any cooking apple would do.
