1 egg
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 anchovy fillets, mashed
1 cup (barely) peanut oil
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1. In medium bowl whisk all the ingredients except the oils
2. Slowly whisk in the oils to emulsify
3. Stir in the cheese and season with salt and pepper
4. Refrigerate in a covered container (can keep up to 1 week)
5. When ready to use whisk again
