1 (21-oz.) can peach pie filling
2 (15-1/2-oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
2 (11-oz.) cans Mandarin oranges
1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries or 1 pt. fresh
4 bananas, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a lg. bowl, mix all the fruit together. Pour peach pie filling over it and stir until well mixed. Chill before serving. Keeps in refrigerator 2 weeks in Tupperware and bananas will not turn dark. You may substitute cherry or strawberry filling and use canned sliced peaches. Serve over ice cream or as a dessert with topping.

Burgess, and the sister of Jeane (Hollenshead) Finkbeiner who contributed this "Hollenshead Classic" recipe in her memory. It was taken from the pages of "Favorite Recipes of the Hollensheads."
