Ingredients:  
3 c flour,
2 c sugar substitute,
1 t baking soda,
1/2 t salt,
1 1/2t cinnamon,
1 c unsweetened applesauce,
3 eggs,
1 t vanilla.

Mix well then add:
1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple (undrained),
2 c mashed bananas,
1 c chopped nuts,

And last:
1 small jar Maraschino cherries (cut up).

Directions:

Lightly grease and flour two 9-inch pans. Bake for approx. 35 minutes at 350. Frost with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with pecans.
