1 (15oz) can pumpkin (not pie filling),
1 (12oz) can skimmed evaporated milk,
3 egg whites,
1/2 tsp salt,
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice,
1 tsp vanilla,
2/3 c Splenda.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into a 9 inch greased pie pan. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes and then 325º for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with fat free Cool Whip.

This tastes better than the ordinary pie recipe with no soggy crust! Only 1 Weight Watchers point per serving.
