1 baked pie shell
3 oz. jello
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. hot water
3 c. fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello, sugar and cornstarch well, then add hot water. Cool jello mixture and add fruit. (Use corresponding jello flavor and fruit. Delicious with fresh peaches.) Pour into pie shell and let jello set up in fridge for several hours.
