12 boneless, skinless, thigh meat
2 onions chopped up
a ton of ground pepper
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/2 cup of red wine
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup of rice vinegar
8 garlic cloves
Italian spices or bay leaves

Put everything in a big pot
Fill pot with water, above the chicken
Bring it to a boil
Then lower the heat and let it simmer to a low boil for 2 hours, (until water evaporates and it becomes a thick sauce)
Add rice and.... viola!
