1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped celery
1 c green pepper, cubed
3-1/2 c tomatoes, diced
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 c frozen peas
2 small carrots, diced
1 c uncooked rice
1-1/2 c water

Directions:
In large skillet, brown the ground beef & drain off the fat. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Cover & cook over medium heat until boiling. Reduce to low heat & simmer 35 minutes. Serve hot.
