1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
4 apples pared and diced
3 tbl. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt. Put layer of crumbs in bottom of greased baking dish. Cover with layer of apples. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Continue until all ingredients have been used, leaving crumbs on top. Pour melted butter over top. Cover dish and bake at 375 for 40 min, leaving uncovered for the last 10 min. to brown on top.
