1 1/2 c multi grain rotini pasta
3 c or one small bunch of broccoli (cut into florets),
1 Ib chicken breast (cut in bite size pieces),
1/2 tsp dried basil,
1/2 c fat free/reduced sodium chicken broth,
2 oz light cream cheese (cubed),
1 c Mozzarella cheese (divided),
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding broccoli for the last three minutes.

Meanwhile, heat skillet on medium heat and add chicken and cook until no longer pink, stirring frequently. Stir in chicken broth and dried basil. Simmer about three minutes. Turn down to low heat and add cream cheese. Stir until melted. Add 1/2 of Mozzarella.

Drain pasta and broccoli. Mix pasta, broccoli, and chicken mixture and pour into 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake for about 15 minutes or until heated through. Add remaining cheese and bake uncovered for about three minutes.
