6 slices white bread, crust removed
1 lb. ground sausage
4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry ground mustard
2 c. Half & Half

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in a 9" x 13" buttered baking dish. Brown sausage. Drain & pat with paper towel. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture over bread, sausage & cheese. At this point the dish can be covered & refrigerated over night or frozen. If frozen, thaw before baking. Bake uncovered 45 min. at 350º until bubbly & lightly brown.

Again this is a wonderful dish to serve at breakfast, if you need time to start preparing another meal-Thanksgiving or Christmas lunch or dinner. This is one of Kendall's favorites!
