Ingredients:  
2 c chopped cooked hicken,
1(5 oz) can sliced water chestnuts,
1/2 Ib seedless grapes,
1/2 tsp curry powder,
2 tsp lemon juice,
1/2 c sliced celery,
1/2 c slivered almonds,
3/4 c light real mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip),
2 tsp soy sauce.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
