1 c white flour,
1 c whole wheat flour,
1 scant c warm water,
1 tbsp honey,
2 pkg (2tbsp) dry yeast,
1/3 c oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together water, yeast, and honey; set aside. Mix flours and oil in a large bowl. Stir yeast mixture and add to flour. Mix until it can be handled. Knead in enough white flour to make it smooth and elastic (about 7-8minutes). Set in warm place for half an hour or so. Punch down and roll into pan. Pinch up sides. Bake at 350 until golden.
