1C Really Good Mayo! 1 Shallot, 1/2 to 1 T of chopped dill pickle, sweet or plain, 1/2 to 1 T chopped capers , 1 T dried parsley, White pepper to taste.

Invest in one of those push down choppers. (Pampered Chef for sure) Chop shallott fine, add chopped pickle & capers and chop until it is chopped.
Mix the vegs with mayo, and add parsley & white pepper.
Taste.
More white pepper if needed.
