1/2 c. water
2 c. white flour
1 tsp. dry milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. lemon yougurt
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1/4 c. almonds
2 tsp. lemon peel
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. yeast
2 eggs (for spread)
1/4 c. lemon juice (for spread)
3 tbsp. butter (for spread)
3/4 c. sugar (for spread)
1 tsp. lemon peel (for spread)
3 oz. cream cheese (for spread)

Directions:
Directions:
Put bread ingredients in bread machine, set for light crust. For CHEESE SPREAD, slowly beat eggs, lemon juice, butter and sugar in a bowl. Then slowly beat lemon peel and cream cheese into egg mixture. Enjoy on a slice of bread.
