Ingredients:
3 cups milk
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 Tbs butter
2/3 cup flour
cinnamon
1 9" unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar together. Place in the bottom of pie shell. Add 2 1/2 cups milk (pour it all around the pie). DO NOT STIR MILK, FLOUR AND SUGAR TOGETHER. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Place on baking sheet in oven. Add remainder of milk when pie filling settles. Bake at 400 ºF for 30 minutes, reduce heat to 350ºF and bake about 45 minutes longer. Milk will rise and form bubbles when baking; prick bubbles gently with a fork. Pie should still be soft when removed from oven. It will set and be firmer when cool. Do not cut before cooled.
