Chicken pieces

Flour mixture:
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. garlic salt

Liquid mixture:
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. flour mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all flour mixture ingredients together and remove 1/4 c. Dredge chicken in the flour mixture and fry in a frying pan until done. When chicken is done, remove from pan and pour in liquid ingredients. Stir until the mixture is a glaze consistency. Place chicken back into the mixture and baste. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
