2 C white sugar
3 T cocoa
1/2 C dark corn syrup
2 C cream
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a heavy kettle. Bring the mixture to a boil to "soft ball stage''. You will need a candy thermometer-be sure to bring it completely to a full rolling boil that you cannot stir down.
Add vanilla when mixture reaches "soft ball stage."
Pour into a buttered 9x13 pan. Let cool. Cut into squares and wrap in plastic wrap.
