Ingredients:  
c. margarine
2/3 c. sugar
pkg. dates
1 egg

2 c. Rice Krispies
1 tsp. vanilla
c. nuts
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put margarine, sugar, dates and egg in a saucepan. Cook until it bubbles from the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies, vanilla, nuts and salt. Let cool. Form balls. Roll in coconut.
