Ingredients:  
slices of mozzarella cheese
slices of prosciutto or ham
Note: use the same number of slices meat and cheese
1 tub spreadable cream cheese
Dill pickles, gherkins or olives

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 slice mozzarella cheese on counter top. Spread cream cheese over the slice. Place meat over the cream cheese.
Place the dill pickles, gherkins or olives at one end, roll up so that pickle is in the middle. Wrap tightly in saran and refrigerate for several hours.
Just before serving cut off both ends and slice the rest, placing on serving tray.
