1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar or more if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add the brown sugar, boil for 2 minutes. Add the milk and stir until it boils. Remove from heat and cool. Add the powdered sugar. Beat well. Spread on cake.
