Easter Pie Recipe

1 5 c recipe of pie crust
1 dozen eggs
4 c cooked ham, chopped
3 c salami, chopped
2 sticks of pepperoni (not smoky)
2-3 c mozzarella cheese
2-3 c provolone cheese
2-3 c brick cheese (or other white cheeses)
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
1-2 c dot macaroni, cooked and drained

Beat eggs, add cheeses, meats and dot macaroni. Mix well. (You will know the consistency is right when all the eggs are well absorbed.)
Line baking dishes with pie crust, fill just below the top level with the filling. Cover with top crust, seal the edges.
Brush with milk, add slits to pie crust.
Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Freezes well.
