1 lb fresh cranberries
2 c sugar
1/2 c orange juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 c Tawny Port

Directions:
Directions:
Combine berries, sugar, juice, salt and Port in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then cover. Reduce heat and simmer until the cranberry skins pop and the berries are soft. Watch the pot, as the sauce tends to boil over quickly. Freezes well.
