2 small ripe bananas,
1c. frozen unsweetened strawberries (or other frozen berries),
1 (8oz) carton low fat vanilla yogurt,
3/4 c. skim milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Peel bananas and cut into chunks. Put all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend one minute or until smooth. Pour and serve.
